Aphrodite Erudite

Aphrodite Erudite
The dunes of ignorance which shaped the land of existence, and in such an arid desert, a few drops of intellectual
rain gave hope to a sapling. The sapling, who had just shrugged off the weight of the earth, to glace straight into
the sunlight with his ever-enthusiastic green eyes

Parched, parched & parched is the land of ignorance
Near the destiny and farther the distance.
A traveler lonely and athirst
Oasis, he should find must.
Slippery sand that crunched beneath his heavy legs
glistening eye, greenery begs.
A mirage lovely and sparkling lit
Under a tree, a deity seat.
walked traveler nearest the tree, parched is a land so is thirst
He called his tears, their help he enlists.
A wise gaze that looketh at him
is it a reality or a dream?
To the deity, the parched traveler asks?
giveth the wise water from her flask.
Smiled the deity, pointed afar
Blazing sun, and scorching heat, hid the reservoir.
To walk more he had no strength,
distance too far, no measuring the length
like a mirage in sun, the deity vanished away
guiding the ignorant went astray
